If a simplified refund is not possible
Dear visitors, in order to refund the cost of the Ticket, you must fill out an Application and send it to the email of the Support Service webpay@jewish-museum.ru. Application for a refund is accepted until 08:45 pm on the date of visit from Sunday to Thursday or 01:45 pm on the date of visit on Friday.
