Short description:
A programme focused on revealing the general potential of a group, as well as the personal resources of each of its members. Active instruction permits immersion in the joint experience of overcoming difficulties and achieving common aims. With this, trust is built among the participants as a group, and in themselves, having faith in their possibilities and an awareness of their usefulness in teamwork.
Aims:
- Forming the abilities to negotiate, and accept different opinions;
- Developing teamwork skills;
- Developing the ability to listen and to state your own position;
- Assisting the consolidation of the group and of the active position of each of its members.
Target groups: schoolchildren of the senior years, and students of colleges and universities
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes.
