In November 2013, Russian State Library together with Jewish Museum and Tolerance Center launched the project of cataloguing Schneerson collection books. On-line catalogue is available through the web site http://aleph. rsl. ru and is constantly updated.

Cataloguing Rebbe Yosef Yitzhak’s private archive
Since November 2013, the Schneerson collection staff together with Federal Archival Agency (Rosarchiv), Russian State Military Archive and Research Center of the Jewish Museum carries out a joint project on cataloguing of the Sixth Lubavitscher Rebbe’s private archive preserved at the Russian State Military Archives.

Jewish books and manuscripts in the Russian state repositories
Russian libraries and museums preserve numerous uncataloged Jewish books and manuscripts. Joint project of the Schneerson library and the Russian State Library for Foreign Literature launched in March 2014, aims at recovering and cataloguing such materials and making them known to scholars.

Book exhibits
Thematic exhibitions held in the Russian State Library Branch at the Jewish Museum and Tolerance Center in Moscow aim to publicize Jewish books from Schneerson Collection as indispensable resource for scholars and a cultural treasure for general public. Some supplementary materials are also translated to English, so exhibitions may accommodate international visitors.
